Dangerous lies – review

 Dangerous lines by Becca Fitzpatrick review by Anna Normand
 Stella has  just moved to  nowhere Thunderbasin Nebraska.   Although she is not the  orphaned  foster kid that she claims to be.  At 17 she is  sent  to live with a former Sheriff because she witnessed a murder and now is in the witness protection program.  She starts to settle in making friends including the to good looking for his own good Chet. That is until someone recognizes her.

 I will start by saying that Becc Becca   FitzPatrick  is one of my favorite authors. This novel did not disappoint.  The  suSpence is slow to build  however   The  ending is a heart pounding  nail biter .  I enjoyed the interplay between Stella and her new guardian they grew closer throughout the story and you got to know more about both of their back stories.  There was also a message of forgiveness in this book which I found very refreshing.  The romance was not overwhelming but was quite prevalent. And the  romantic scenes were not graphic and did not share too much information  overall I give this book a 4.5 on the star rating and would highly recommend

Let's talk about series

 There is nothing like getting into a good book.  To the point where everything else fades into the background and  you  can't wait to turn the page to see what  happens next  The life  of your favorite Characters .  they  become  mote  than just fictional people that  were  created in someone's imagination.  They are now your friends.  So when the book ends you feel like you have lost someone close to you.  What is the solution for this unthinkable problem?  Unless you read a book that never ends, which I don't think they've come up with yet you will eventually find yourself at this point.  To prolong the arrival to this in evitable  destination   I suggest reading a series.  A series is a string of books that follow the  Life  of a particular character or characters.  With a series you get to uncover a little more about the character  you find yourself  enamored  with  each book.  Getting to know them a little bit more as time goes on.  Of course there are drawbacks to series. One of which is the dreaded financial consequence of having to buy multiple books. Also the authors have an annoying habit  of spacing the release dates for each book a year in advance.  Like we can wait that long.  They always seem to end on a cliffhanger and we are wondering if our hero will make it.  I have fallen prey many times to the   lure  of a good series.  I highly recommend if you are an avid reader that you go this route.  A few   series that I recommended are;

 The mythos academy; By Jennifer Eastep
 Delirium; by Lauren Oliver
 Hush hush ; by Becca Fitzpatrick
 Sweet evil;  by Wendy higgens
 I hope that you pick up one of these awesome series and thanks for indulging me in reading my blog  May  the pages be with you, Anna 💕
